Canadian Music Week & Canadian Live Music Association Announce Nominees & Performers

Canadian Music Week (CMW), in partnership with the Canadian Live Music Association (CLMA), are pleased to announce the nominees and performers for the Canadian Live Music Industry Awards (CLMI Awards), hosted by prolific Canadian rapper Haviah Mighty on June 4, 2024 at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto. The 8th annual Canadian Live Music Industry Awards will include performances by host Haviah Mighty, contemporary blues guitarist Christone "Kingfish" Ingram, and dark pop siren ari hicks, plus a special tribute to The Tragically Hip performed by The Pursuit of Happiness, in honour of the previously announced 2024 Music Industry Hall of Fame Inductee Jake Gold of The Management Trust.


Multi-platinum, JUNO Award-winning Canadian artist deadmau5 will also be present at the CLMI Awards for his previously announced induction into the 2024 Music Industry Hall of Fame.


The Canadian Live Music Industry Awards will celebrate the ingenuity, perseverance, and excellence demonstrated by live music companies, individuals, and organizations over the past year. The 21 categories include Best Teamwork in a Venue, Productions Manager of the Year, and Community Impact plus special awards including the Industry Impact Award sponsored by Jampack, International Agent of the Year, Most Powerful Women in Live Music Award sponsored by Women in Music Canada, and more.
