Black Eyed Peas

Few groups have managed to shape the sound of modern pop music quite like the Black Eyed Peas. As they mark their 30th anniversary in 2025, the six-time GRAMMY® Award-winning, multiplatinum Los Angeles-based collective is commemorating the milestone with a series of limited-edition vinyl reissues, bringing some of their most celebrated albums back to life for fans old and new.

The trio of reissues includes Elephunk (2003), Monkey Business (2005), and The E.N.D. (THE ENERGY NEVER DIES) (2009), each available in striking 2LP colour vinyl editions: Sea Blue for Elephunk, Ruby Red for Monkey Business, and Translucent Green for The E.N.D. Fans can also opt for standard 2LP black vinyl versions.

Adding to the celebration, the group's debut album Behind The Front (1998) will receive its own reissue on February 28, available on Bone-coloured vinyl as well as standard black vinyl.

The Black Eyed Peas have been an indelible force in pop and hip-hop for three decades, seamlessly blending genres and pushing musical boundaries. Their breakout album, Elephunk, propelled them to international stardom, earning a GRAMMY® for "Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group" with the 3x-Platinum hit "Let’s Get It Started." The album also produced the anthemic "Where Is The Love," featuring Justin Timberlake, which remains a powerful track of social commentary and unity.

The success continued with Monkey Business in 2005, which peaked at #2 on the Billboard 200 and went 3x-Platinum. The album spawned massive hits, including "Don’t Phunk with My Heart" and "My Humps," both of which earned GRAMMY® Awards.

By 2009, The E.N.D. (THE ENERGY NEVER DIES) cemented their place as cultural icons. Their first #1 debut on the Billboard 200, the album generated multiple Hot 100 chart-toppers, including "Boom Boom Pow," "Imma Be," and the RIAA Diamond-certified "I Gotta Feeling." With three GRAMMY® wins from the album's cycle and a Super Bowl XLV halftime show under their belt, Black Eyed Peas solidified their place in music history.

Long before their global takeover, Black Eyed Peas introduced themselves with Behind The Front in 1998. The album, featuring tracks like "Karma" (feat. Einstein Brown), was praised for its fusion of live instrumentation and conscious lyricism. Rolling Stone lauded its innovative approach, and artists like Tyler, The Creator have cited it as a key influence on their own musical journey.

With the release of these vinyl reissues, Black Eyed Peas are giving fans a chance to revisit their groundbreaking albums in a format that remains timeless. As they continue to tour and perform their greatest hits alongside fresh material, their 30-year journey stands as a testament to their enduring influence on the music industry.

Pre-orders for Behind The Front are open now, and the other reissues are available for purchase. Don’t miss the opportunity to own a piece of hip-hop and pop history as Black Eyed Peas celebrate three decades of musical innovation.
